Our Technology

Overview


Xin Ba has spent the last 14 years researching and developing energy storage technology, we have now completed the fourth iteration of our technology. Our technology is based on Zinc flow battery technology that is further advanced.

Our system uses a Zinc liquid fuel that flows across negatively charged plates and reacts with oxygen under the action of a catalyst and converts the chemical reaction it to electrical power. The oxidation process that occurs with the zinc liquid fuel

After the oxidation process, the zinc liquid fuel can then be converted back into its original chemical state through a reduction process, after the reduction process the fuel is cycled back through the oxidation process to generate power cleanly with no carbon emissions.



Energy Storage 2.0

The electrolyte used in our system can be recycled via a reduction process or you can simply add further Zinc liquid fuel to the system to continue generating electricity.

Single Flow Loop

We have implemented a single flow loop system to reduce the complexity and operating cost of the system.

Long Duration

Our technology stores energy charge for long duration with no fade.

No Safety Concerns

There are no fire or hazard risks with the operation of our products due to the chemical structure of the electrolyte used.

LOW COST
The installation and operational cost for our product is lower compared to other technologies and energy sources in our sector. The low cost makes our product commercially viable for small to large scale installations.

Our product is self-sufficient, the electrolyte used in our system is recycled through a reduction process.


10x MORE ENERGY THE LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES
The energy generated from our Zinc liquid fuel is superior to other battery technology including Lithium-Ion.


ZERO DEGRADATION IN CHARGE CAPICTY
There is no degradation in the charge capacity, which gives us a higher efficiency for energy storage compared to other technology. The electrolyte has a lifetime of over 20 years.
